For some reason we just can’t keep Summit County towns off our list. From destination resorts to local haunts, Summit County has it all and Frisco, Colorado is one of the most centrally located towns. A favorite among locals to escape the resort scene of Vail and Breckenridge proper, Frisco residents can hit Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, with ease as well as hop on Lake Dillon in the summer to sail, stand up paddle, and enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunshine. The Gore Range, Tenmile Range, and the Mosquito Range and all within striking distance as well for your snow or dirt pleasure.
