Hello Mountain Zone, this is Kristoffer Erickson for the Antarctica Climb and Cruise Expedition, on February 24, the year 2000. Just wanted to give you our final update from the expedition, or at least from the Akademik Shuleykin, as it stands right now. We're experiencing 41°. Wind out of the north at 6.9 miles-per-hour. We've got a wind-chill of about 40° Fahrenheit. The humidity is...[Unintelligible]...sea level. We just went through the Drake Passage and are currently now in the Beagle Channel awaiting our pilot boat to take us into Ushuaia, where about 6:30 tomorrow morning we should be arriving at our dock. We're experiencing about 17 hours of daylight, our barometric pressure stands now at 1,003 millibars and our current GPS is 54.57 degrees latitude, 66.53 degrees longitude. Just wanted to say that we're having a great time, we're out right now on the deck of the Akademik Shuleykin after an après barbecue. Having a great time, the entire team is here and we all just wanted to say 'hello.' So I'm going to pass the phone around and everyone's going to say 'hello.' Say hello [cheering in background]...[transmission fails]. Kristoffer Erickson, MountainZone.com Correspondent
