Hello everybody, this is Eric Larson with Alpine Ascents sixth expedition. It is June 9th. It's pretty nice weather up here today. It's light snow, the sun has popped out, but the forecast sounds pretty iffy. So tomorrow, if the weather's good, we're going to carry up to our 16,200-foot camp and leave food and fuel there for our higher carry-up to 17,000.

" We're just waiting for our weather and we should be able to get up to 17 camp within the next couple days no problem...."

We didn't go today because of the weather. We just hung out. We did a bunch of fixed line practice, running... practice and then we also went for a hike up toward the headwall where the fixed lines are. We made it up to about 15,000 feet and came down for a nice pasta meal.

It's been pretty quiet. We're just waiting for our weather and we should be able to get up to 17 camp within the next couple days no problem. We'll keep in touch with you guys telling you how the weather is. Our team, they're doing great. Everybody is really strong so with good luck we'll be able to summit within four or five days and be headed home to everybody.

This is Eric Larson signing out for Alpine Ascents sixth expedition, J and the Generators.
