All rates are per person in U.S. dollars reflecting a discount for check or cash payment.

* Included with lift tickets is a welcome reception at the Conference Center at 6:30 pm on Thursdays and Sundays.

Lower rates are available at most hotels pre and post ski season.

Higher rates: Christmas / New Years - most hotels.

Also available: Avis rental cars from Seattle or Vancouver and motorcoach transfers from Vancouver Airport. Charter bus service for groups throughout the Northwest.

Rates do not include: Local hotel tax, 7% GST (Federal Tax) on lifts.

GST on lodging - As a service, Non-Canadian guests booked with us do not pay the refundable GST on lodging.

Deposit: $100.00 minimum per person within 7 days of confirmation (Some properties require more). A minimum $25.00 per person is non-refundable, with many hotels and condos retaining one nights deposit.

Final payment: Final balance is due 40 to 55 days prior to departure - No refunds after final payment.

Since the applicable season dates are so widely varied call for the dates and deposit requirements per desired property
