Hey Mountain Zone, it's Wally Berg...back down to 19,000ft. I have a feeling that my transmission from the summit of Aconcagua this morning was a bit broken due to cold and some wind, but if you couldn't tell at the time, I was really high just from being up there, alone, early morning, getting to climb on my own. Beautiful light, big mountains...and I'm very grateful and indebted and feel privileged to be here on this friends trip with Sal Pomponi, Al Hanna and now Mike Stencil. The four of us have really gotten along great. This was a friends trip as it was conceived. We brought Mike on at the last minute and he fit beautifully with this little team.

You know, I'm honored to say that this Wally Berg seven summit thing was a big part of what we were doing and we pulled that off today. Sorry I couldn't have those guys up there, but, to remind you, as we came into this trip, I was the only guy that had not climbed Aconcagua. We're all doing good and we're happy. Al is gaining more of his conditioning and preparation for Everest out of the way. Sal Pomponi, or "Baboo" as he's known on Kilimanjaro by the Chaggas, "Very Strong Baboo" is actually how they refer to him was on just now...over at the Polish Glacier...[Unintelligible]...a very successful trip so far and we've got more adventures to come so...[transmission fails].
