Hey you guys, this is Todd. We're at the Italian research center above Lobuche. It has been a snowy day today. We got hit pretty good by snow but it's clearing up now as I'm looking up at the glaciers of Lobuche and Lobuche East. Everybody is in good health — we're really impressed. All sixteen of us are feeling good, and life is great.

We'll be heading up to Gorak Shep tomorrow early in the morning and next we'll head over to Wally's place over in base camp and hopefully be able to send some digital images; I've been recording them on my computer. We'll see how it goes.

Todd Burleson, Leader of the Alpine Ascents Trek
