Happy Boxing Day Mountain Zone, this is Vern Tejas of Alpine Ascents with Team Millennium Falcon. We're calling in to tell you, today, that we have moved out of Base Camp and finally put a foot on the mountain, and we're at Camp I. We're at 16,000 feet or roughly 5000 meters.

We're up here in a beautiful place. You can look down over the Relinchos Valley and out over the clouds coming up off the desert [Unintelligible] to the east. The sun has just gone down behind the mountain, even though it's only six o'clock. It got so cold, so quickly; it was very, very impressive. So rather than standing outside to do this communication, I'm sitting in Marlon's tent along with Paul and Nakul. We're having a great time: Paul's reading. Good book? Stephen King, well it's obviously a mystery and Nakul...[transmission fails].
