Hi, this is Harald Zundel from Team Venture Four. I'm here at the finish line of the Salomon X-adventure World Cup in Snowmass. Truly it was a tremendous event, very challenging for all competitors, professionals, as well as amateurs.

Elevation gain was just incredible. I don't think anybody really realized, or recognized, the elevation changes that would be involved here at the race. I think all the competitors really had a good time and that they were definitely stressed to their limits, so to speak.

Personally for our team, Venture Four, we had a pretty good race. Our goal was to come here in the top-20, and we got that, so we're happy. Certainly there are some things we need to work on, but we definitely had a great, great event here.

The organization was just outstanding. All the volunteers were at the right place at the right time — had no problems with that. Overall, a well-run event. I'm happy we finally have a Salomon X-adventure event in the States and hopefully it will continue for the following years. The low cost for the race itself is definitely a big bonus to attract new adventure racers to this community — this ever-rising community in the United States of America.

That's pretty much what I've got to say, and thank you for giving me the time to give you my words and thoughts on the race. Bye-bye.
