Hey MountainZone viewers, this is Eric Larson with Alpine Ascents 11 expedition, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. It is July 7th, we just went up to the top of the fixed lines today, and got our cache, and our food and fuel from 16.5, because we're running a little low.

"...the snowstorm has subsided and the slopes have settled out..."

I think tomorrow, if it's a good day out, we're going to move up to high camp, to 17.2. It should take us roughly six to eight hours to get up there. And that'll give us about three days to find a weather window to go for our summit. But if that weather window does not show up, we're going to end up just coming down without our summit and head back home, because it's been--oh, what's it been--it's been 14 days since we've been here. We're running low on time and food and fuel, and we have one last chance for the summit, and we'll go for it.

The team's doing really well. Everybody's excited to get going again. We've sort of had a little stall-out at 14 camp, not much has been going on. But the snowstorm has subsided and the slopes have settled out, so we shouldn't see much avalanche activity. We will be heading out tomorrow morning at 6am. Well, we'll be waking up at 6am, heading out at 8 and we'll give you a call from 17 camp tomorrow night.

This is Eric Larson out, saying thanks and goodnight. Bye.
