Hey MountainZone, this is Matt Szundy calling from 14.2. It's about 3:30 (pm) on Tuesday the 2nd and I'm calling to report in that we had a foot of new snow and winds up to 57 miles per hour this morning. So we are engaged in a full-on Denali storm at this point. We can not move up to high camp, and everybody spent the morning building wind walls and eating fried bagels on a sort of a rest day.

"...everybody spent the morning building wind walls and eating fried bagels..."

So we're battling this storm. It's going to be here for a few days it sounds like the forecast will be up to 80 mph in the next few days. So we're just going to sit this one out and hang tight and keep in touch. This is Matt Szundy calling from 14.2, for Alp 10, we'll talk to you soon.
