Hey cats! Sorry so long to get back to you. I'm currently on the summit of White Mountain. Yesterday hammered me pretty bad, so I thought I'd take an easy day and run up White. And got complications with trying to get coordinated with my roommate to get the 4-wheel-drive to get to Split [Mountain].

Hey, adding more to that message, I hope. Two hours and 11 minutes from the car up to White Mountain. Eighteen hours and 40 minutes car-to-car yesterday for those six peaks. Feeling good, going to run down and hang out at Kava's tonight and either do Tyndall or Langley tomorrow. Or maybe Russell/Whitney/Muir. Hell, I don't know.

Hope you guys are doing great. I am. I got a new toy today: the Polar heart-rate monitor, Accurex Plus. I'm going to have all kinds of fun statistics for you the next couple of days. My average heart rate was 127 coming up today. I'll tell you what it is on the way down later tonight. Cheerio.
