 | The team is racing on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America. They adopted a patient "hero" named Emily Stone, who is a 5 year old currently in remission from the disease. The team is also racing in memory of Suzanne Dreebin-Wilensky, who passed away from leukemia. Captain Marc is a testicular cancer survivor who has been symptom-free and considered cured for 16 years. Marc plays the flute with the North Suburban Symphony Orchestra, and has studied the flute for over 32 years. Michael is a United States Postal Carrier, and is the first carrier to compete in the Eco-Challenge.
