 | Nolan grew up on a dairy farm in Southern Minnesota, and enjoys building sea kayaks and wooden canoes. He and Alan actually built their own kayak in Alan's basement. Alan owns a road bike equipped with studded tires for riding in the winter, and rides his bike to work every day, 15 miles round trip, even in bad weather. Erica always brings a rock from home to remind her that no matter where she goes or what she does, she's still just a simple rock from Minnesota.
