 | This team is the first and only Vermont team to compete in the Eco-Challenge. Thomas Cook has served in the US Army since 1978. An Airborne Army Ranger, he currently teaches mountaineering at the ARNG Mountain Warfare School. Shane Bowley has taught himself to measure time while he's sleeping by holding a piece of paper between his thumb and index finger. When it drops, he wakes up!
