Stephen Matera Professional photographer Stephen Matera knows the action he shoots. "I love the outdoors," he says. "Everything I take pictures of I participate in." Matera has had years to hone his craft after, he says, "my father encouraged me to pursue it when I was a kid." Matera moved to Seattle from the East Coast five years ago and has had experience taking photographs for Microsoft, Ned Limbo snowboard clothing, Flytrap bindings, and magazines such as Sports, Etc., among many others.
