Gravis' new Fall/Winter 2002 website is primed and ready to go live in a few
short weeks, with the official launch scheduled for the last week of June.
Gravis' new site will not only provide users with the inside track on all
pertinent company, team, and product happenings, but it will also function
as a hub for the rest of the cyber world through its handy new section
coined the "G-Spot."
The newly developed G-Spot speaks strongly to the wide range of influences,
interests, and characteristics that define Gravis, its employees, and its
global following. The G-Spot will link to the websites of Gravis' many
friends including magazines, record labels, bands, DJ's, artists, art
galleries, clubs, and retail shops. It will also link to websites for
skateparks, surf breaks, and ski resorts from around the globe, as well as
to some of Gravis' favorite hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel agencies,
and travel tools - i.e., CNN's world time and currency exchange. The G-Spot
will function as a resource portal that people can utilize on a daily basis
to stay in the loop on everything that makes not only the Gravis world, but
their own world, go round.
Another new addition to the Fall/Winter 2002 website is the inclusion of
Gravis' Fall/Winter 2002 ad campaign that will run in sport, music, art, and
lifestyle publications in the coming months. "We've never included this
type of info on our site before," commented Gravis Marketing Manager Luis
Calderin. "Now people will be able to scroll through our complete ad
campaign, allowing them to get an overall sense of our creative direction
and message for Fall/Winter 2002."
Additionally, Gravis' Fall/Winter 2002 website will feature beats from
Gravis development team member DJ Z-Trip, frequent news updates on all
things Gravis, a distressed visual appearance that is consistent with all
Fall/Winter 2002 collateral (ads, postcards, press kits, catalogs, and POP),
Gravis event listings (regional, national, and international), a refined
team page with updated bios and images of each team member, and user
friendly tools that facilitate site navigation. And keep your eyes peeled
for an assortment of hidden links and other clever surprises that have been
covertly woven into the fabric of Gravis' soon-to-launch new Fall/Winter
2002 website.
