Hans Rey Re-signs with GT
Ready to take on the world of mountain bike adventure.

Trials and adventure legend Hans "No Way" Rey announced today that his 16 year sponsor-relationship with GT Bicycles will continue. "I finally came to an agreement with the new management," he said. "This is a big statement from GT, they are serious about bringing the brand back to the top and I'm happy to be a part of it."

OTHER SPONSORS:

- Rey also signed a two year agreement with Fox Racing Shox who will be his new suspension partner.

- Maxxis tires will be his tire sponsor. "We are working on some exciting new products together," he said.

- Syntace will be his official stem, handlebar and grip sponsor. "The German made products are of great quality and give me a lot of flexibility in the setup of my bikes."

- Adidas continues as his clothing, shoe and eyewear sponsor; with their excellent adventure and cycling products.

- Swatch has been his sponsor longer than GT. "Their new Irony metal watches and the legendary Swatch ProTeam are cooler than ever."

- "LUK clutches keeps supporting my adventures, the German Automotive Systems company has been a loyal sponsor for the past 10 years."

- Shimano and Chris King are official suppliers of the H-RAT (Hans Rey Adventure Team).

H-RAT ADVENTURE PLANS:

- His next Adventure Team trip is scheduled for the end of March in Cuba.

- In May He'll be in Slovenia with his buddies from the Adidas Adventure Team.

- In July or August he's planning another Adventure Team trip to Iceland.

- In October will be the 3rd annual Hans Rey Riding Week on the Greek Island of Crete.

- In between he has scheduled many shows and appearances all over the world.

Rey added "All of these adventure trips and shows will be used to provide the maximum exposure for my sponsors and partners, in print, video and on television around the globe."

UPCOMING EXPOSURE:

- Last years "Egypt Adventure" will air for the first time on March 20th 9pm (EST) on the Outdoor Life Network in the USA.
