North Cascades Finest Summit Climbs
Washington's North Cascades offer some of the most outstanding climbing in the world. The Cascades area contains diverse alpine routes with an absolutely stunning array of climbs, which are easily accessible. These climbs are designed for those working within a limited time frame, wishing to develop or review particular skills, and for those who desire to climb/explore new areas. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of climbs, and look forward to exploring the magnificent regions of the Pacific Northwest.

Course Itinerary
Day 1: 7:00am meeting at the trailhead. Gear check and hike to base camp. Short skills review.

Day 2: Snow skills review. We cover basic snow skills to learn and review proper step kicking, use of ice axe, self-arrest, glacier travel and rope techniques. We concentrate on the skills necessary for the upcoming summit attempt.

Days 3-4 (as location dictates): Summit day. To insure safety and optimum traveling conditions, we begin with an early morning wake-up to bring us close to the summit by sunrise. For 3-day climbs, after completing the summit, we hike back to base camp, collect our gear and return to the trailhead. For 4-day climbs, after summitting, we return to high camp, spend the night and hike out to the trailhead on Day 4.
