1. What do I get when I join My.MountainZone.com? You get Members-only benefits. So, in addition to a free email account, space to build your own web page and your own personal web calendar, you will also get special offers, discounts and freebies. We are strong believers in privacy so we won't sell your information or use it in any way you have not asked us to. We do not automatically sign you up for any email lists, but you can sign yourself up to receive info about deals and services. For more information about membership, please visit our Member Services Page. 2. How can I meet other Zoners? The greatest thing about My.MountainZone.com is that you have the opportunity to meet other "Zoners." These are members just like you who are interested in many of the same things you are. To meet other Zoners, just cruise around My.MountainZone.com and visit the Forums or the Web Page area. If you see a post or a home page that interests you, just click on the "Email Me" icon or view the member's profile to learn more about them. Or click "Join" and the member will be notified or your interest in their web page and you will be listed as a member of that page. 3. Can other people read about me? You will always have a choice to make your information Public or Private. Of course, all your sensitive data is private, but you may choose to allow other members to view your e-mail address, biography, your favorite links or your full name. You can change the public/private status of this information at any time. You can do this by clicking on "My Profile" link on your Start Page. 4. What if I forgot my password? We can automatically email your password to you. Go to My.MountainZone.com and click on the "Forgot Your Password" link and follow the steps. If you still have questions or concerns, you can always email us at communityhelp@mountainzone.com. 5. What if I want to unsubscribe to items? You can unsubscribe to anything you want. You can do this by clicking on the red "x" next to the item once it is on your Start Page. 6. Will you ever delete threads on forums? This system works that the threads that have been posted to most recently will be placed on top for easy access. The threads that don't see much action will remain lower on the page until they are added to, then it will jump to the top. If MountainZone.com sees fit to remove a thread that has been inactive for at least two months, then we will (but not often).
