InSport's new Stretch X-Static tops
Heaven scent for the heavy sweat.

PORTLAND, Ore -- Leave a sweaty, unwashed shirt in the gym bag or backpack for a few weeks? No sweat with InSport International's new Stretch X-Static line, part of the company's Crosspedition sports apparel collection for spring 2003.

Stretch X-Static promises the ultimate in odor protection, thanks to high performance fabric made with silver fibers which inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Because the fibers are woven into the fabric, this protection is permanent and will not wash out or diminish in effectiveness. This technology, first developed for the U.S. Army, now comes to athletic apparel that's perfect for a variety of activities ranging from running, hiking, walking and conditioning. Those with limited access to clothes washers, including backpackers, campers and travelers, will also appreciate X-Static's stinkless characteristics. When it comes to performance, the natural thermodynamic property of silver helps regulate temperature to keep you cool in hot weather and warm in colder conditions.

Made with a combination of polyester, X-Static® and elastane stretch fabric, InSport's new Stretch X-Static shirts also offer comfort and resiliency. For spring 2003, Stretch X-Static shirt styles include the short-sleeve "Xodus Tee," which has a 6" front zipper, underarm gussets for unrestricted mobility and contrast flatlock stitching (suggested retail: $50). Also this season is the ³Xodus Long Sleeve Tee,² which has an extended length and contrast flatlock stitching (suggested retail: $55). Both will be available in men's and women's styles, sizes and colors.

InSport International was established in the early 1980s to outfit runners, cyclists and other endorphin charged fitness enthusiasts.
