The Exped Packcover-Poncho
The Raincover for Your Back and Pack, and Everything In Between!
Tuesday, May 21, 2002

Seattle, WA, - What good is a packcover if the rain runs down between your back and your pack, is? So, with necessity being the mother of invention, Exped modified its cover to protect your pack, shoulders, chest and head. Still, all of this protection comes at a barely noticeable weight and size!

Features Include:

- Anatomically shaped hood, with cinch cord, follows head movement. A full coverage, stiffened brim prevents rain from dripping down the collar.

- The poncho's front section can be rolled into the pack cover and secured to stay out of the way.

- Double sewn and reinforced seams are factory taped to ensure absolute waterproofness.

- The interior pocket doubles as both a stuff sack and a place to warm your hands.

- The pack cover's cinch cord can be adjusted from either side, even while on the move.

- The waist cinch cord adjusts the front to form a protective "tub" for your arms.
