Mountain men and women, no change on weather front, still inclement. Yet things have been hopping at Base Camp, especially for our team doctor Bryce Brown.

Our cook informed us last evening that there was a man in a nearby camp who could barely move from his tent and hadn't eaten for some time. We promptly moved him to our med-tent while Bryce started him on I.V. fluids.

The good doctor (Bryce) stayed with him all night. Three days of increasingly sharp abdominal pains and vomiting make him a prime candidate for a medevac flight. Now if only the weather would cooperate. Hopefully the morning will be merciful and we can send him on his way.

All of our team is doing well and getting a little anxious to move up. Patience however is a virtue that all mountaineers soon acquire for when the weather says 'NO we don't GO.'

Hugs and Kisses,
