Hi Mountain Zone, this is Ellie Henke calling from Alpine Ascents International Base Camp Mount Everest. We have not heard from the climbing team at 9:30, so we're assuming that they're all sound asleep plugged into their oxygen bottles. So we're going to do the same here at Base Camp and try giving you a call again in the morning.

So it looks like there will be no summit attempt tonight and we'll wait until the weather clears. It's still cloudy and snowing here but hopefully we'll be looking at something better in the morning. So goodnight to everybody for tonight and we'll call in again tomorrow morning.

Ellie Henke, Alpine Ascents Guide and MountainZone.com Correspondent
