Simone Moro
Simone Italian Simone Moro, 32, is a professional climber who has completed several high-level speed and solo ascents throughout the world. Since the death of his climbing partner, Anatoli Boukreev, in 1997, he has soloed most of his climbs. A UIAGM Certified Guide, Moro is highly skilled on rock, ice and snow, having ascended 5.14 rock climbs, M8 mixed ice climbs and two 8,000 meter peaks.

Denis Urubko
DenisMoro's partner and cameraman, 27-year-old Denis Urubko was born in the North Caucasus in Russia and currently lives in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where he is Underofficer of the Central Sport Club of the Army (translation: professional sportsman). He has done nearly 1500 climbs, including many on the 7,000m peaks in Russia and has earned many accolades in his native Kazakhstan.
