Hi this is Bill McCormick with Alpine Ascents International trip number six. It's Monday evening the 26th, a beautiful evening and seated beside me I have Tony Wood, one of our team members and he's just going to bring you up to date.

Tony Wood
Yes, hello, this is Tony Wood and I'm looking out at Mount Hunter and Mount Foraker. We see below us the camp at 14,000 feet, and the route up we took yesterday: about 2,000 feet up the Headwall and then 1,000 feet up to the camp where we are at 17,000 feet. Everybody in the group is doing great, and we hope for good weather tomorrow and we'll be making our summit attempt tomorrow, bye-bye.

Bill McCormick
Okay, thanks Tony. This is Bill again and Tony mentioned everybody's doing well. Southward had a rough night; he said it was akin to a fraternity hangover, but he is really back to his normal, energetic self and he's doing great. Jack's fine. My guiding partner up here, Dave Bangert, he's a real pleasure to work with and, like Tony said, we're just crossing our fingers for some good weather. We have some more AAI company that's just arrived and that's Willi Prittie's group...[transmission fails].
