Athletic Resume: Eco-Challenge 1998: 31st place. 1997 Mild Seven Outdoor Quest 13th place, Malaysian Marlboro Adventure 3rd place. Yuen-Li is the captain of the first Asian team to complete an Eco-Challenge. She is a former Outward Bound instructor and was a member of the Ullswater Mountain Rescue Team. She has completed several long distance treks and climbs to over 14,000ft throughout the Rockies, European Alps, Himalayas, Scotland, Switzerland and the jungles of Malaysia. She is one the foremost rock climbers in Malaysia and is also an experienced sea kayaker, horseback and mountain bike rider. She guides whitewater kayaking trips and has competed in whitewater canoeing events.

Athletic Resume: Geoff has been involved in outdoor education as the Director of Operations of the Lumut Outward Bound School for the past five years. He has taken part in many jungle trekking expeditions in Malaysia, Borneo, and Indonesia and has climbed extensively throughout the United Kingdom and Australia. Geoff is a British Canoe union instructor and has kayaked numerous whitewater rivers including the Tully and the Gundagai.

Athletic Resume: Eco-Challenge 1998: 31st place. Gary devoted three years of his life to training for the 1997 Malaysian Everest Expedition. He was the technical leader for the expedition and on the summit attempt, he was one of four men to ascended to over 8000 meters. He has been on expeditions to Mt. Pulmori and Annapurna in the Himalaya. He has also been rock climbing since 1985 (routes up to 5.11c), mountain biking since 1990 and has competed in several mountain bike races, marathons and triathlons. Gary was the Singapore National Champion of mountain biking in 1993.

He has run in the Boston Marathon in 2:50. He is also an experienced mountaineer and rock climber and worked as a whitewater canoeing guide for three years.
