Hi everybody, this is Todd in Arusha, Tanzania. The whole group is together now. We arrived in Nairobi yesterday and we drove down today, a five-hour drive. It's beautiful skies today. It's about the first time I think I've ever seen Kilimanjaro from just outside Nairobi.

All of us are here. We had a wonderful dinner and we're just hanging out and we are going to head off up to the mountains in the morning.
