Hello MountainZone and cyberland enthusiasts, this is Eric Remza of Alpine Ascents trip number 10, trip name Da Fine Dieter. Things are going great, we moved up to 14,000' camp yesterday. Everyone is feeling very strong and doing very well.

"...Matt Szundy cooked up a nice bacon, egg, hash brown and cheese breakfast, which went very well with the crew..."

We had a very nice, relaxed breakfast this morning. Matt Szundy cooked up a nice bacon, egg, hash brown and cheese breakfast, which went very well with the crew, and it was very delectable. Some quick messages from folks...

Jay to team Zap Attack: I'm doing some serious natural blood doping and will be ready to kick tail at finals.

Jim goes out to friends and family alike. Da Fine Dieter, the double d, going strong. Conditions are great, and send good weather our way and we'll do the rest.

Ryan says this is great, we're eating lots of butter. The food is awesome. Trina, I love you and I haven't been cold yet.

Adam says this trip has been amazing. Weather is holding up, we're living in luxury with music and great food in the posh tent. We have a very strong and hilarious team. Nub and Bub, I think of you every day and miss you dearly.

Sherry: to friends and family, hola, from one of the most powerful landscapes on earth, best.

And from Luis, from 11,200' up the Alaska Range here is a warm hello to my friends Ernie and Ron. Special warm thoughts to Marie, and wishes of stress-free work days for all my co-workers at HGS. A very special hello as well to my sister and brother-in-law and Mom in Lisbon, Portugal. All is well up here and we're planning to keep moving up.

So that's about it. Weather is pretty good right now, we've had a series of good days and nights, high pressure coming in, and we're just taking it one step at a time. So this is Eric Remza and the rest of the crew saying ciao.
