Hello everybody this is Eric Larson with Alpine Ascents 6, I think we're called J and The Generators now. Just giving you an update, it's June 7 and it's about 7 o'clock at night.

We had gusty winds today at 14,200-foot camp but it broke and now we have beautiful views of Hunter and Foraker and you can actually see the Chugach Range outside the Anchorage area.

Everybody is doing really well; they acclimatized by building snow walls to prevent the tents from blowing away. Tonight we had a great dinner, it was spareribs, mashed potatoes, shortbread for dessert and everybody is just relaxing right now having a good, hot drink.

The weather outlook for the next couple days, it looks like we're going to get some snow and wind, but we have a couple extra days at 14,00-foot camp so we can acclimatize before we move up.

We'll give you a call tomorrow. Tomorrow's itinerary looks like we're going to walk out to the edge of the world, it's about a 4,000-foot overlook looking down at the Northeast Fork and the West Rib.

So we'll give you a call from out there and maybe everybody will take a chance and say hi to everybody out there, so this is Eric Larson signing off for Alpine Ascents expedition 6, J and the Generators.
