Hello MountainZone watchers this is Eric Larson with Alpine Ascents Six expedition. Everybody is doing great, we've just carried up to 10,000-foot elevation to drop a cache of equipment and we'll be returning down to about 7,800 to sleep for the night. The weather's looking pretty good, there's low level clouds on the lower Kahiltna, [unintelligible] is out and it's nice and bright, beautiful, and we can see the West Buttress route really well from here.

The team's really strong, they're really enthusiastic and they're excited to get up higher. Tomorrow we'll be moving up to the 11,200-foot camp and we'll sleep there for a couple of nights and we'll move on up a little higher. The weather, it's all right, it snowed about 6 inches last night and like I said there's clouds right now but the sun is showing. Temperatures are pretty mild, probably about 0° I would guess, but the team's doing really well. So I hope you keep on watching and everybody says hi to their family and friends. This is Eric Larson out for Alpine Ascents Six expedition. And we'll get back to you about our expedition. Talk to you later.
