Hello cyberland its Dave Bangert and Brennan Brunner with Alpine Ascents fifth Denali expedition of 2002. To give you a recap of where we've been and what we've been doing we flew in on the 28th, camped there that night, ended up in a good snowstorm. The next day we did a skills review, the following evening in a continuing snowstorm we single carried to Camp I at 7800 feet. After that, we did a carry up to 9500. I continued on with the rope team to our 11,000 foot [unintelligible] with a carry and right now we're going through a foot of fresh powder on our way up to 11,200.

Team members on my rope: we've got Dave from Chicago, our newlywed, and Dennis from Canada who's letting us know that Canada rules but we will see and we also have, let's see, on the end of my rope we have Jeff from California. On Brennan's rope we've got Lance from California, Bill from California and Mark from California. Everyone's doing quite well, we're all feeling real strong, probably going to do a carry up to 13,500 tomorrow. We'll probably check in after that up at 13,500. [unintelligible] Everybody's well, all friends and family are safe and sound and we'll be talking to you soon. Bye.
