Peter, this is Jim Williams, Alpine Ascents International Ama Dablam 2002 Expedition. Don says his last message (which did not transmit--Ed.) was simply that everyone was headed down. Well, as of the morning of the 6th, everybody is down, except for a few sherpas who've gone back up to collect some gear. And we had a, we are still having a fun and successful expedition, and I'll let individuals talk here. Just a minute.

(Randy): Hello, it's Randy Luskey here, back down in Base Camp. Had a great night's sleep last night. It's been a while. We're just filling up on food. But I want to say thank you to my family for letting me come on this great trip, and we all had a wonderful time the other day, climbing to the summit. Couldn't believe Chris made it. Naw, just kiddin'. So anyway, that's about it. Looking forward to getting home. See ya.

(Chris): Hi this is Chris Nichols, down here at Base Camp. Very, very tired. Had a long walk down from Camp I last night in the dark, and pretty beat up, but feel good about everything. I'd like to thank Randy for motivating me (chuckles) up high, in the cold, miserable conditions, and I'd like to thank my family, Alicia especially, for all her support on this. And can't wait to get back, and talk to you soon. Thanks.

(Jim): Want to say something? Lopsang kitchen...want to say hello? It's just a recording. Say hello, this is Lopsang in the kitchen.

(Lopsang): Hello, this is Lopsang from Ama Dablam Base Camp.

(Jim): Ok. Lopsang works here in the kitchen, and these guys did an outstanding job this morning, or last night when we got in here, even though it was well after dark. We had Yak steak and pizza and potatoes and rice, vegetables, chocolate cake, pumpkin pie, and then this morning we had poppy seed cake. So we're doing pretty well, we're filling up on the things we missed from the last week or so. Ok, we'll check back with you later. Bye.
