Hello MountainZone, this is Alpine Ascents Ama Dablam Expedition. It's Wednesday morning, the 4th of December, about 7:30am. Just want to give you an update of what we have happening up on the mountain today. This is Don Morgan, I'll be filling in for Jim the next few days.

We have a team at Camp III, and they just radioed in a short time ago, and they'll be leaving for the summit probably here in the next half hour, and the would be Randy, Chris, Dave and Nimatashi. They're reporting they're feeling pretty good. It was a cold night at Camp III, but they're going to go for the summit today and hopefully return to Camp II tonight.

We also have a Team at Camp II, being Jim, Houck, Pemba and Kami. They reported they had a good night. A lot of coughs, not a lot of sleep, but they will be attempting to move up from Camp II to Camp III today, in order to set themselves up for a summit attempt tomorrow.

So as we hear more reports today, as far as who has summitted and what time, and so forth, we'll fill you in and give you a call. But it looks like a good day, Camp III is reporting the winds are fairly light but it is cold. So we should have some people on the summit today, and we will keep you posted as soon as we have that information.
